Air-conditioned rooms with a balcony, perfect and convenient location. Location close enough to Kilimanjaro hike and the restaurant which was buffet style and an unpaved runway.

The food was good and the staff were well-trained and very professional. Location: the hotel was very close to Arusha for whatever the reason, African Tulip in Arusha Tanzania and center. Luckily it was close to The Mulberry, had pastries there when it was hot outside👍

After our grueling climb up Mount Kilimanjaro, we were relieved to find a little cozy hotel with excellent service. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with AC. The dinner had a great variety of food and was delicious. The bathroom was clean, and the laundry service was efficient, though they struggled with cleaning down jackets. Despite being a small hotel, it had a business center and a small unheated swimming pool. The hotel manager's presence was appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet and secure location. The traditional and attractive lobby, sitting room, and dining room added to the overall charm. The bar and pool were also great amenities. The spacious rooms and the delicious buffet, with its tasty Indian cuisine options, were impressive. The most attentive service made us feel well taken care of. The hotel staff even stored our luggage and kept our personal effects safe while we went on a Kilimanjaro hike. We were impressed with their trustworthiness and the extra efforts, like the emergency after-hours laundry, that they made to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel's location, with a convenient ATM nearby, made it an excellent base for exploring Arusha. We would definitely stay here again. we highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Arusha.

Our safari tour brought us to a hotel just outside the hustle and bustle of the city centre. the location was good for accessing the nearby safari destinations. the restaurant offered a decent buffet style with a large variety of options. the area the hotel is in was pleasant, with charming views.
The hotel lacked basic amenities like hot water and air conditioning in the rooms.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the friendly staff who greeted us and made us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great amenities including air conditioning. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the delicious meals served at the hotel.
One downside was that the swimming pool was not heated, making it difficult to enjoy during the cooler holiday season. Additionally, there was no elevator available, which made it challenging to carry our luggage to our room.
